1. How do I log into the site?

Visit the www.lottery-millions.co.uk home page. At the top left of the page is the log-in box – simply enter your username and password and click the “Login” button.
Your personal menu will appear on the left of the page, allowing you to purchase tickets and manage all your play information.

2. How do I register and become a member?

Simply click on the ‘Open a New Account’ link on the left of the www.lottery-millions.co.uk home page and follow the instructions on the screen. Registration only takes a couple of minutes and once you have submitted your information, you will be registered to play at www.lottery-millions.co.uk.

3. How can I update my personal information?

Log into your account and use the member navigation on the left-hand side of the page to view and update your personal information.

4. Will I have my own play history?

Yes. All your current, finished and winning tickets will be available for you to view. Handily, we have also enabled a ‘Play Again’ option to finished tickets, which will immediately enter all lines into a new ticket.

5. Why does a ticket cost more than it does in the UK?

Our ticket price is calculated to accommodate online credit card processing fees, daily site development, maintenance, marketing and the salaries paid to our syndication team in the UK who purchase, batch and safely store the tickets.

6. Why do you retain 5% of each ticket?

www.lottery-millions.co.uk is a syndicated, online ticket-purchasing site. We retain a small percentage of all winnings in order to pay for all prize-processing fees and associated costs – personal visits and worldwide communication. As of 10 October 2009 we have reduced this amount from 8% down to 5% and we remain the most competitive in the market place.

7. How many times can there be a rollover?

If there are no winners after the third rollover of the UK Lotto, the massive jackpot will be shared equally between the players with 5 correct numbers plus the bonus ball.

8. How do I check the results for each draw?

You won’t have to – we’ll do it for you! After each draw you will receive an email from us informing you of the winning numbers (unless you opt out). We also post the winning numbers on our ‘Results’ page once they are released. Alternatively you can visit the UK National Lottery or EuroMillions International Lottery websites after the draw.

9. What is your policy on cancellations and refunds?

Once you have committed to purchase a ticket, our services begin immediately. As such, we are unfortunately unable to offer any refunds on purchased tickets, except in extreme circumstances. It is therefore vitally important that you check your numbers and the draw date that you have chosen before committing to purchase. For more information on cancellations, please read our Terms and Conditions.

10. Are there any lottery scams out there?

Unfortunately there are quite few. We advise you to consider a few simple rules.
NEVER respond to emails which claim you are a winner.
NEVER give out your username and password to ANYONE.
If you are a winner, we will only email you to invite you to log-in and view your online messages. This is the only place we will notify you of being a winner.
ALWAYS be suspicious of emails claiming you have won a large prize.

Buying Lottery Tickets

1. How do I buy a ticket?
2. How do I pay for my tickets?
3. How many tickets can I buy?
4. What proof do I have of a ticket purchase?
5. How much will my ticket cost in my local currency?
6. How long does my ticket last?
7. How late can I buy a ticket before a draw?
8. How old must I be to buy a lottery ticket?

1. How do I buy a ticket?

On the www.lottery-millions.co.uk homepage, simply click the relevant ‘Play Now’ button and you will be guided through the purchase system. If you are not logged in, you can still choose your numbers. Only when you need to pay for your ticket will we ask you to log-in to your account.

2. How do I pay for my tickets?

All transactions are made using your debit/credit card, PayPal or Neteller. Once you open a lottery account with us you will need to fund it. The balance in your account will then allow you to buy lottery tickets for all draws. All payments are performed securely at a 128-bit encryption level.

3. How many tickets can I buy?

You may buy as many tickets as the balance in your account will allow you. For simplicity, our system only allows you to purchase 7 lines at any one time - this being the maximum number of lines we can fit on our virtual ticket. However, you can keep purchasing as many times as you wish, up to 8 draws in advance.

4. What proof do I have of a ticket purchase?

Once your purchase is completed successfully, your ticket will be stored in your 'Current Tickets' section of your account. If you wish, you can also print a representation of that ticket. Prior to the draw taking place we will email you a PDF of your Official UK Lotto or EuroMillions ticket. Please contact us if you have not received a copy of your Official ticket by 6.00pm on the day of the draw.

5. How much will my ticket cost in my local currency?

As the UK National Lottery and the EuroMillions International Lottery are run in Pounds Sterling, so are all our processes. We will only charge your card in Sterling and will not convert any charges into your local currency. Your bank, or card issuer, is responsible for the conversion to your currency. However, to obtain an approximate figure, we suggest that you check the exchange rate before making your purchase, at a reputable financial website such as http://www.xe.com/.

6. How long does my ticket last?

Once you have chosen your numbers for a particular draw and clicked the ‘Purchase Ticket’ button, our system automatically informs our syndication team in the UK who then physically purchase the tickets, batch and store them in a safe, in a secure building, until the results of that draw have been checked. Your ticket will last until the relevant draw has taken place.

7. How late can I buy a ticket before a draw?

Cut-off times are Wednesday & Saturday at 5.30pm UK local time for the UK Lotto and Tuesday & Friday at 5.30pm UK local time for the EuroMillions Lottery.

8. How old must I be to buy a lottery ticket?

You must be 18 years or older.

Lottery Winnings

1. How will I know if I have won?
2. Will I get paid if I win?
3. Can I choose to leave my winnings in my account to buy more tickets?
4. Are my winnings taxable?
5. Are there any costs involved in transferring my winnings to my bank account?

1. How will I know if I have won?

All winners are notified by their online message panel in their personal account section of our website. Whilst we will not send your results via email, we will send you an email asking you to log-in to your account to view your messages.

2. How will I get paid when I win?

If you are one of our lucky winners you will be contacted via email directly after the results have been posted on the LM website and your winnings will be transferred into your account. You will then be able to transfer the money to any bank account of your choice, or simply leave it in your account in order to continue buying tickets.

3. Can I choose to leave my winnings in my account so that I can buy more tickets?

Of course you can. Your current account balance will always be displayed whenever you login to the site.

4. Are my winnings taxable?

The advantage of playing the UK National Lottery and the EuroMillions International Lottery is that these are two of the very few lotteries in the world that are TAX FREE and pay out winnings in one lump sum instead of a series of payments. Depending on your country’s tax regulations you may be required to declare your winnings. We accept no responsibility for an individual's tax liabilities and we urge you to seek professional advice if you are in any way unsure about your country's tax regulations.

5. Are there any costs involved in transferring my winnings to my bank account?

The costs we charge for transfers will reflect the fees paid by us. We do not seek to charge a penalty for sending your money to you. However, such transfers are often excessive, and thus we cannot cover these costs ourselves.
We use a variety of payment methods, designed to reduce the costs both to us, and you, our customer.

For example: £100 withdrawal from your wallet account. Such a withdrawal will be paid via bank transfer or similar means, and details sent to your registered email address. All associated costs of this will be advised in advance. When entering your banking details, please do so carefully, and check all details before confirming your request, as we cannot correct incorrect details once a transfer has been commenced.
